Instant Kava Powder Tips

1.For best mixing, add 1 teaspoon of instant kava powder to the cup. Then add a tiny bit of the beverage that you wish to mix with the kava powder into the cup.Mix the liquid and instant kava powder until it becomes a thick paste and no dry powder is left.Add the remaining beverage of your choice and mix well before drinking.

Instant Kava Recipes

We have tried to mix this instant kava powder with many types of beverages thus far.Some work and some don't.Here is our ongoing list of things to try to mix your instant kava powder with so you do not have waste your time trying things randomly.

1. Martinellis Apple Juice: We sell more instant kava in our kava bar this way than any other. Our customers love mixing this particular brand of apple juice with their instant kava powder. We suggest you try this first.

2. Vitamin Water:This is our second biggest seller in the instant kava department. The flavor that we sell the most of is Formula 50. Try mixing our instant kava with Vitamin Water if apple juice isn't working for you.

3.  Gatorade:   We see our customers putting their instant kava in Gatorade all of the time. Try that one next.

4. 7-Up: Mixing 7-up or any other lemon-lime soda works quite well.The sweetness of the soda and the bubbles from the carbonation help mask the taste of the kava quite well and seems to wash it all down very fast.Obviously this drink is meant to be slammed just like regular kava juice.We do not recommend making this instant kava drink for yourself to refresh your thirst on a hot summer afternoon.

5. Orange Juice: Forget it! Did not taste good to anyone we gave this to.

6. Hot Chocolate: Works well with the instant kava. Almost too well. The darker the better. Try this in the winter time. Or in the summer, if your husband keeps the a/c on 60 and you want to warm up and chill out at the same time.
